Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of ESG Auditor, responsible for conducting supplier audits focused on Environmental, Social, and Governance criteria. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supplier assessments, ESG data collection, and audit reporting, with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

The selected individual will be tasked with evaluating suppliers' compliance with international standards and client-specific codes of conduct. They will also perform risk-based assessments to identify ESG gaps, red flags, and improvement opportunities.

A key responsibility of this role is to review supplier documents such as policies, certifications, permits, and ESG disclosures for authenticity and compliance. The successful candidate will also prepare detailed audit reports with findings, ratings, and corrective action recommendations.

Collaboration with procurement, sustainability, and compliance teams is essential to integrate ESG considerations into supplier selection and evaluation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supplier audits, ESG assessments, sustainability consulting, or compliance.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and sector-specific ESG risks.
  • Experience with audit methodologies, risk assessment tools, and reporting systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to prepare professional audit reports.
