About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Hospitality Professional to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences and driving smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Provide personalized service to all guests, ensuring their every need is met with warmth, respect, and efficiency.
  • Service Station Management: Set up and maintain tables, service stations, and outlets according to brand standards, showcasing attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Kitchen and Service Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely food and beverage delivery, promoting seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Guest Requests and Queries: Handle guest requests/queries promptly and courteously, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Hygiene and Safety Standards: Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in all service areas, adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting a safe working environment.

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued (freshers may also apply), but what matters most is your ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
