About Insights & Advisory (IA):

Our IA team provides strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations, analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data to inform decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define problem statements and initial hypotheses, designing optimal research approaches with mixed techniques.
  • Structure and present data and results using relevant frameworks.
  • Arrive at key messages/highlights addressing key objectives as summary of results.
  • Presentation of research results to clients and handling client queries.
  • Active participation in team discussions on project areas.
  • Market assessment and trend analysis across sub-segments, therapy areas, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in MedTech, diagnostics strategy-related projects.
  • Experience in consulting and strategy-oriented projects.
  • Mindset to identify and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to practice attentive listening.
  • Respect for time and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to the firm's goals & mission.
  • Command over MS Office and basic MS Excel.
  • Qualifications: M.Pharm/B.Pharm/B.Tech (Biotech)/B.E(Biotech)/M.Tech (Biotech)/ MBA, 4+ years of relevant experience.
