About This Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges with technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
  • You will lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals.
  • Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions.
Solution Design & Implementation:
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives.
Client Engagement & Support:
  • Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support.
  • Provide post-implementation consulting and optimization services.
Pre-Sales & Advisory Services:
  • Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development.
  • Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities.
Collaboration & Problem Solving:
  • Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality.

Qualifications:
5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations.
Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions.
Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
