Strategic HCM Implementation Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in functional consulting and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Expertise in business process analysis and configuration is required.
- Acting as a Functional consultant on Oracle HCM projects is expected.
- Effectively collaborating with clients to understand their needs is necessary.
- Participating in business development activities is also required.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
- Providing expert advice on Oracle HCM covering the hire-to-retire cycle.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders through written and verbal presentations.
- 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences on Oracle HCM cloud is required.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Excellent configuration expertise on Core HR Configuration of Organizational Structures, Absence Configuration & Fast Formulas, Rules, OTL configuration, rules configuration, and OT calculation, fast formulas.
- Payroll elements configuration payments & deductions, Adhoc Payments, Payroll, Bank Accounts.
- Compensation elements configuration including allowance, bonus, etc.
- Oracle Journeys, Employee Self-service functionalities.
- Page personalization, Defining UX rules, Workflow, UI changes and custom alerts.
Required skills and qualities include strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving, influencing and negotiating skills, organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client management.
As part of this role, the successful candidate will assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems, interacting frequently with clients around specific work efforts/deliverables.
