Senior SAP HR HCM Professional Wanted

We are searching for a seasoned expert in SAP Human Capital Management to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing complex SAP systems.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP HCM solutions that meet the needs of our organization. This includes developing and maintaining business processes, ensuring data integrity, and providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10-15 years of experience in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on implementation and configuration.
  • BE/MBA/BCOM/MCA/ BCA/ B.Sc., or equivalent degree.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in SAP HR Module is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.
  • Ability to handle and work in global support environment.
