We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM US Payroll Specialist to play a key role in driving business growth and transformation. As a critical member of our team, you will leverage your knowledge in payroll management to propel our success forward.

Responsibilities
  • Design and configure SAP US Payroll from gross to net payroll (with a focus on US regulations)
  • Familiarity with BSI tax factory and tax configuration is essential, as well as garnishments setup
  • Off-cycle payroll definition and processing require meticulous attention to detail
  • Integration with SAP FI and third-party systems is crucial for seamless operations
  • A background in PCR is highly desirable, as is experience in post-payroll activities
  • WT configuration, payroll execution, schema flow, and testing must be executed efficiently
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll is required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are vital for success in this role
  • Flexibility to work in US hours is necessary
