Job Title: SAP HCM Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP HCM professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR domain with at least 4 years of business experience, focusing on Talent Management, Payroll, and benefits management process.

  • Minimum 3 end-to-end implementation experience, including participation in Business Blueprint phase.
  • Solid grounding in common business practices, policies, and procedures in Human Resources.
  • Strong fundamentals in SAP HCM recruit to retire processes, Talent Management, Payroll, and benefits administration.

The selected candidate will work closely with the business analyst to analyze business processes, design and coordinate new solutions, and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM, with at least 1 year in solution consulting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to communicate in other foreign languages desirable.
  • Mature, organized, and able to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment.
