Job Role:

Oracle HCM EBS Functional Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS HCM Consultant with 3-5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll, with knowledge of Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment being a plus.

  • Implement and configure Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll; exposure to SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Prepare functional design documents (MD50/70) and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
  • Must be an Immediate Joiner.
  • Must hold a valid Indian passport and be willing to travel to the Middle East onsite as per project needs.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
