Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to lead our implementation and project management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management
    • Oversee the deployment, updating, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM modules globally.
    • Drive digital adoption by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
    • Act as the primary liaison between business units (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) and the implementation team.
  • System Configuration & Customization
    • Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing, and Quality Assurance
    • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides.
    • Plan for pilots, testing, and provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users.
  • Change Management and Digital Adoption
    • Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
