Job Overview

This role involves designing, developing and implementing Oracle HCM solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM and related technologies.

  • Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM technical development and customizations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and implement Oracle HCM solutions that meet business needs and functional requirements.
  • Customize Oracle HCM modules to align with business objectives and provide expert-level support.
  • Integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data exchange and automation.
Requirements

Must-Have:

  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM technical development and customizations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM, PL/SQL, and core Oracle development tools.
  • Proven expertise in system integration and end-to-end technical deployment.
  • Ability to work independently in remote consulting environments.

Preferred:

  • Certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Exposure to other Oracle ERP/HRMS modules.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills in fast-paced project settings.
