Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Expert to lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring successful configuration and testing of the solution.

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, and more.
  • Provide product and implementation expertise to clients, guiding them through the process of understanding their business requirements and configuring the solution.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions, performing system testing and providing expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Actively contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Requirements

  • 8+ Years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspect.
  • Hands-on experience for at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Familiar with the implementation process and be able to provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
