Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist

Overview

The role of the Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist is to provide expert-level functional support and guidance on the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud applications. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the design, development, and deployment of HCM solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support for the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy HCM solutions
  • Develop and maintain detailed solution designs, including process flows and data models
  • Configure and test complex business rules and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and best practices
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud applications
  • Develop and deliver training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes and data flow. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in the design, development, and deployment of HCM solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud tools
  • Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes and data flow
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • 3+ years of experience in HCM Applications with at least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences on Oracle HCM cloud
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity
