Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Our ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud (Fusion HCM) solutions. They must possess excellent functional and technical skills to support the design, development, and testing of these solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs.
  • Design, configure, and implement Fusion HCM modules, including Canada Payroll, US Payroll, OTL, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, and Talent Management.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Fusion HCM features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use and configuration of Fusion HCM.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud (Fusion HCM) solutions.
  • Proven track record of successful implementations and strong client satisfaction ratings.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
