Job Title: Technical HCM Team Lead

 

Job Description
  • Mentor and manage a team of Oracle HCM support analysts, creating a collaborative work environment.
  • Oversight of timely incident resolution, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Coordinating regular system maintenance activities to minimize user disruptions.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of system enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency.
  • Serving as point of contact for Oracle and Boomi support, managing relationships and escalations.
  • Providing high-level end-user support, including training and communication on system changes and new features.
  • Ensure optimal operations of all applications.
  • Achieve alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 4 or more years of Oracle HCM techno-functional experience preferably for a large global company as an analyst.
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 or more years of technology or industry experience required.
  • 6 or more years of Oracle HCM experience preferable for a large global company.
  • 2+ years managing an Oracle Support team.
  • Oracle Technical support experience.
  • Ability to manage direct and indirect resources.
  • Proven ability to influence, lead teams, and drive change.
  • Experience with Oracle technologies like Approval Workflows, Page Composer, Sandbox, HCM Design studio, Flexfields, Autocomplete rules, Fast Formulas, HDL, Quarterly updates, CWB patches etc.
  • Strong technical skills in HCM System extracts, API Connectors, Reporting & analytics, designing system solutions and documentation standards.
  • Understanding of HCM Cloud modules necessary to accurately interpret requirements and design effective solutions. This includes expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Compensation, and other relevant areas to ensure solutions align with business needs and processes.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and their integration with HCM solutions.
