Strategic Business Growth Associate

Mavengigs is a dynamic startup that specializes in assisting US Private Equity companies in maximizing synergies from their Mergers & Acquisitions transactions. Our goal is to provide top-notch services while expanding our capacity and reducing blended costs.
Salary
The compensation package includes a base salary of Rs. 3 lakhs - Rs. 3.6 lakhs per annum, along with a performance-based bonus structure.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Growth Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for proactively maintaining a high daily connect volume of leads on multiple channels, including email, phone, text, and social media, to build a healthy pipeline.
You will set up and lead meetings to introduce our services, understand client requirements, negotiate and sign contracts, and increase client engagement. Additionally, you will identify and research prospects, target markets, and industries to generate leads, maintain a strong understanding of our services, and keep up with trends.
Your role will also involve supporting company strategy to drive business growth through multiple channels, coordinating execution of strategic initiatives with key strategic accounts, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum bachelor's degree.
- Minimal work experience; freshers are welcome.
- BASIC understanding of business development, including marketing and sales.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

Location and Work Environment
This is a remote position working within India. Specific requirements may include occasional in-person meetings as required to meet executives.
Work hours are based on US PST (India night shift), Monday to Saturday, with 24x7 operations.
