Job Opportunity:

Cubical Operations LLP is seeking an experienced Data Privacy Manager to join our Cyber & Risk practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global privacy regulations and the ability to lead and execute data privacy engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage data privacy projects across industries, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
  • Design, review, and enhance privacy policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Implement and monitor privacy controls, including data subject rights, consent management, and cross-border data transfer mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Risk functions to ensure privacy compliance in technology and business processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in data privacy, information security, or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with privacy audits, assessments, and compliance programs.
  • Exposure to ISO 27701, ISO 27001, and other privacy/security frameworks.
