Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Junior NOC Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the NOC team, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients.

This is a full-time, remote role that requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science or engineering, with experience in VOIP technologies, A2P SMS technologies, and network infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain network operations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
  • Manage and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Ensure network security, implementing measures to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches
  • Provide technical support to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols
  • Minimum 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols
  • Experience in working at a leading A2P operator would be an advantage
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
