At the forefront of digital transformation, a pivotal role awaits an accomplished NOC Analyst to spearhead network operations and ensure seamless system performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust foundation in network operations, with expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive monitoring of network systems using advanced tools such as Grafana, Nagios, SolarWinds, and Zabbix.
  • Analyzing network traffic patterns to identify potential issues and mitigate downtime.
  • Maintaining peak system performance levels through diligent configuration and management of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional IT teams to coordinate responses to intricate network challenges.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a NOC or similar IT support role is required. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA are highly valued.
