Job Title

Technical Facility Manager seeks to optimize building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all technical aspects of facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.

  • Develop preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of building systems.

  • Lead and mentor technical staff in a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Analyze and optimize energy consumption to identify opportunities for sustainability and cost reduction.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders on facility-related issues and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in facility management or technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as FMP, CFM, or PMP.
  • Experience with sustainable building practices and energy management.
  • Knowledge of building automation systems and IoT technologies.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Multi-site facility management experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency.
