Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, maintaining high standards of governance.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality control.
  • Identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing action plans to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in facilities management, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications in facilities management or a related field.
  • Experience in team leadership and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.
