
Facilities Management Specialist

Description:
The Assistant Manager - Facilities will oversee the daily operations of security services, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. They will develop and implement standard operating procedures for security operations and maintain a comprehensive Security Operations Manual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily operations of security services, including coordination and management of security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections and audits.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for security operations, including policy formulation and review.
- Maintenance of the Security Operations Manual, which outlines individual instructions for each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standards, and training.
- Management of a team of 70 security personnel, including guards, security supervisors, armed guards, and other support staff.
- Responsibility for access control systems, CCTV operations, security control room operations, ID badging systems, visitor and guest management, parking, and quick reaction teams.
- Training of firefighting teams and maintenance of operational efficiency of firefighting systems.
- Implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004, and OSHAS 18001:2007 certifications within the department, including sustainability drives.
- Conduct risk assessments, investigations, and emergency management.
