Facilities Operations Specialist

As a Facilities Management professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, supervising maintenance staff, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
You will be responsible for managing engineering operational accounts, coordinating with contractors, and overseeing all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues.
- Supervise and train engineers and maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and personnel development.
- Manage operating and capital budgets, assist in development, and ensure compliance with company directives.
- Coordinated efforts with outside contractors, tenant finish personnel, and engineers to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Oversee all building systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or equivalent experience in facilities management.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively interact with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
- Complete knowledge of Predictive/Preventive/Protective Maintenance Approaches for Building Systems.
