Job Description

We are seeking an experienced system architect to lead the design and implementation of solutions in the Network Management System (NMS) area within the mobility domain. This customer-facing role requires expertise in managing customer issues, providing technical guidance, and acting as a liaison between the Customer Support and R&D teams.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in system architecture, with a strong focus on NMS within the mobility domain. They will be responsible for designing and defining the architecture of NMS within the mobility domain, ensuring that solutions meet scalability, performance, and security requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and define the architecture of NMS within the mobility domain.
  • Ensure NMS solutions meet scalability, performance, and security requirements.
  • Align system architecture with evolving industry standards and company strategic goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of experience in system architecture, with a strong focus on NMS within the mobility domain.
  • Extensive experience working in customer-facing roles, ideally in the telecom or network equipment provider industries.
  • Solid understanding of mobility networks (e.g. 2G,3G,4G LTE, 5G ) and their management systems.
  • Programming language proficiency in Java/J2EE, Knowledge in NMS protocols (NBAPI, CORBA, SNMP etc ). Experienced in ServiceMix, Web Services (SOAP and REST), Springboot, Microservices, Database (SQL). Knowledge of git/gerrit and Module Testing automation.
  • Strong experience in issue management and problem-solving in complex technical environments.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially between Customer Support and R&D.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud-based NMS solutions is a plus.
