NETNXT Network specializes in IT consulting, network implementation, troubleshooting, and network security services. We provide comprehensive IT infrastructure services for e-commerce and startups, covering the setup of open-source on-premises and cloud servers for database and web hosting needs. Our cloud monitoring services ensure that customers can maintain optimal network/server performance and service uptime.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, primarily within the cybersecurity and networking sectors, to maintain and grow business relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and cybersecurity challenges to offer tailored solutions and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, technical, and customer support to deliver seamless service and support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling NETNXT Network products and services to existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business reviews to clients.
- Track and report on account metrics, forecasts, and performance to management.
- Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cybersecurity technologies to better serve clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account documentation and records within the company CRM system.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably within a cybersecurity organization or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, challenges, and market dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or account growth targets.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
