Job Title: Accounts Manager (Revenue & Reconciliation)

Reports to: Head of Finance

Location: Gurugram Location

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our accounts team and oversee revenue accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in revenue recognition, accounts reconciliation, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Revenue Accounting:

- Manage revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Lead the team in preparing and reviewing revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Reconciliation:

- Oversee account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations.

- Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and implementation of corrective actions.

- Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.

- Team Management:

- Lead and develop a team of accountants, providing guidance and support.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

- Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- Qualifications: CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with exposure to revenue accounting and reconciliation.

- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally) and MS Office.
