We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Accounts Head to take charge of the financial management, compliance, and reporting functions for our growing real estate operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in real estate accounting, taxation, and financial controls, combined with the ability to lead a small finance team and collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Accounting & Financial Oversight: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including lease accounting, rent collections, vendor payments, and expense tracking for multiple commercial properties.
  • Taxation & Regulatory Compliance: Handle TDS, GST, and income tax calculations, filings, and compliance. Stay updated with the latest statutory requirements applicable to the real estate sector.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets, revenue projections, and variance analysis. Provide management with actionable financial insights to drive profitability.
  • Lease Management: Oversee lease agreements, track tenant billings, manage rent escalations, and prepare reconciliation statements.
  • Audit & Internal Controls: Ensure timely audit readiness by maintaining clean books of accounts and supporting both internal and statutory audits.
  • MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and management reports to support decision-making.
  • Tally Expertise: Maintain and manage financial records in Tally, ensuring accurate ledger entries and reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise junior accountants and coordinate with operations, legal, and project teams to streamline financial processes.
  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Manage accounts payable and receivable, oversee contract payments, and ensure timely settlements.
