Effective Procurement Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Procurement Coordinator to facilitate seamless communication between suppliers and internal teams. This role involves maintaining accurate records, following up on procurement matters, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely responses to supplier inquiries and provide clear information regarding procurement processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, including pricing, delivery timelines, and document status
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to procurement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on procurement strategies and goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in procurement coordination or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets/Drive
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
