Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the procurement lifecycle of medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the end-to-end procurement process for medical equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.
  • Negotiation with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Vendor relationship management and assurance that supplier performance aligns with contractual expectations.
  • Strict adherence to regulatory standards and procurement policies.
  • Market research to identify high-quality and cost-effective suppliers.
  • Development and implementation of effective procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand equipment needs and procurement timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar procurement role, preferably in the medical equipment sector.
  • Strong knowledge of medical equipment and procurement best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in medical procurement (local and international standards).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills to drive informed procurement decisions.
