Job Description:

As a JAMF Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive device management solutions using JAMF Pro and JAMF Cloud. This includes implementing user identity and endpoint protection strategies across the global endpoint estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Device Management: Implement and manage JAMF Pro and JAMF Cloud to provide robust device management capabilities
  • User Identity and Endpoint Protection: Develop and implement user identity and endpoint protection strategies to ensure security compliance
  • Microsoft Intune Device Management: Manage devices and configure policies using Microsoft Intune
  • Vulnerability Management: Identify and address vulnerabilities in the endpoint estate
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows group policy, MAC policy & security patches
  • Hardware Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex issues with laptop hardware, drivers, and BIOS updates
  • Incident Management: Analyze log files and windows events to identify incidents and performance issues
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to support technology across the Collaboration stack
  • Subject Matter Expert: Act as a subject matter expert for macOS, Windows 10/11, and Evergreen

Technical Requirements:

  • JAMF Administration on JAMF Pro / JAMF Cloud
  • Microsoft Intune Device Management and Policy Configuration
  • Enterprise-Level Patching and Vulnerability Management
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (System Centre Configuration Manager)
  • Group Policy and Active Directory Troubleshooting Skills
  • Advanced macOS and Windows 10/11 Troubleshooting Skills
  • Browser Support and Microsoft Edge Enterprise Mode Configuration

Requirements:

  • Experience working with JAMF Pro and JAMF Cloud
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and its integration with JAMF
  • Understanding of vulnerability management and incident response
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
