Job Title: Network Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, the Network Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring seamless connectivity for consultants and local IT teams. This position is critical to the pilot deployment of a new enterprise connectivity initiative, with future rollout planned across multiple countries.

About the Role:

This specialist will provide direct remote support to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device setup and connectivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network protocols and be able to configure routers from unboxing to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Device Setup and Troubleshooting
  • Configure routers to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment using advanced diagnostic techniques
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to end-users during live troubleshooting calls to ensure smooth resolution of issues
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users using industry-standard tools
  • Document troubleshooting workflows and escalate to global IT teams when necessary to ensure prompt resolution of complex issues
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in Network Support / IT Infrastructure roles with a proven track record of success
  • Hands-on experience configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent English proficiency to guide consultants and IT staff effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals

  • Experience supporting enterprise or consulting environments with a focus on network connectivity and security
  • Exposure to large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts with a proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances
