Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Opportunity
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for all paid social channels, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter. This involves conducting in-depth analysis to identify opportunities and making recommendations on how to allocate resources across channels, devices, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive performance improvement of App acquisition campaigns and ensure accountability against monthly targets while guiding team members.
- IDentify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing test & learning.
- Owning the full project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and achievement of key performance indicators through cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
- Experience managing campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter.
- Strong expertise in App acquisition and ideally full-funnel marketing.
- Lead projects, instruct teams, and manage various stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders efficiently.
