Role Summary

We seek dynamic and compassionate professionals to deliver engaging workshops for school students and children's groups, promoting emotional awareness and resilience.

This vital role focuses on helping children:

  • Recognize and express emotions effectively
  • Cope with exam pressure and screen-time stress
  • Develop positive habits and confidence
  • Foster kindness, empathy, and resilience

You will also collaborate with parents and educators, guiding them to create supportive environments for children's emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Interactive Sessions – Design and deliver child-friendly workshops on emotional health, stress management, mindfulness, and friendship skills in schools and communities.
  • Create Child-Centric Content – Develop games, stories, role plays, and fun activities to make mental wellness relatable for kids.
  • Parent & Teacher Guidance – Provide awareness sessions for parents/teachers on how to support children's mental well-being.
  • Evaluate Program Impact – Collect feedback from schools and participants to refine program delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (Psychology, Education, Social Work preferred).
  • Experience: Teaching, counseling, training, social work, or child development-related fields.
