We're Hiring: Whole School Wellbeing Lead Counselor | Bangalore

Are you a passionate mental health professional ready to lead meaningful change across an entire school community?

We're looking for a Whole School Wellbeing Lead who will champion emotional wellbeing, design impactful programs, and lead a team of counselors with empathy and insight. This is more than just a role — it's a mission to make wellbeing the foundation of learning, teaching, and thriving.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 8 years (including 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in schools)

Qualification: Postgraduate in Counselling or Clinical Psychology (mandatory)

What You'll Do:


• Lead the school-wide wellbeing vision and programs


• Supervise and mentor a team of counselors


• Provide one-on-one and group support to students


• Collaborate with academic leadership and teachers


• Design training and interventions for faculty and staff


• Create data-informed wellbeing strategies and initiatives


• Promote a restorative and inclusive culture

What You Bring:


• Deep expertise in child/adolescent psychology and trauma-informed practices


• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills


• High emotional intelligence and collaborative spirit


• Experience in building school wellbeing systems from scratch (preferred)
