Our Team is Hiring a Program Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Program Implementation Specialist. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute program implementation projects.

About the Job:

  • This position requires a strong understanding of program implementation methodologies and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex programs, leading teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program projects, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective communication among team members.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with program implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, engineering, computer science).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a matrix organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, engineering, computer science).
  • Certification in program management or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders.
