Job Opportunity: Transition Director

  • A key component of a leading growth engine, our organization seeks an exceptional Transition Director to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex IT Transformation programs.

About the Role:

  • The Transition Director will be responsible for ensuring adherence to established timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • This individual will build and lead a high-performing team of project managers, technical experts, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • The Transition Director will collaborate with all stakeholders and team members to align delivery with program objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and engage relevant stakeholders, including project teams, end-users, business owners, and senior management.
  • Facilitate communication and manage expectations to ensure a smooth delivery and BAU process.
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and management on the status of the program.
  • Establish metrics, track performance, and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize resource allocation across projects, ensuring the right mix of skills and expertise to meet program objectives.
  • Monitor and manage resource capacity and workload to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to the transformation process, including plans, procedures, and progress reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Have good communication skills including construction domain skill.
