Enterprise Messaging Lead

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the administration and optimization of enterprise messaging platforms and internal broadcast tools.

  • Configure and manage email settings, directories, and security policies in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
  • Manage workflows, governance, and integrations in Staffbase.
  • Develop standard operating procedures, escalation matrices, and runbooks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:

The role entails overseeing the configuration and management of email settings, directories, and security policies in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing communication systems based on SendGrid and Twilio APIs.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain audit readiness, and document procedures.
  • Oversee incident resolution and create root cause analysis documentation.
Qualifications:

For this position, we are looking for candidates with strong technical expertise in administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. We also require hands-on experience with Staffbase, Twilio, and SendGrid APIs, as well as familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC2, ISO, and Information Technology General Controls (ITGC).

  • At least 7 years of experience in administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong expertise in security, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) controls.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC2, ISO, and ITGC.
