Job Description

The role of the HRIS Manager is to oversee and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in support of business objectives. This includes ensuring data integrity, system security, and configuration in alignment with organizational policies and procedures.

The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement through technology and system optimization. Additionally, they will develop and implement training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the HRIS.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in SuccessFactors, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Develop and implement training programs for end-users
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system changes and updates
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced user skills in Microsoft Excel, specifically v-lookups, pivot tables, and conditional formatting
  • Experience as a SuccessFactors administrator
  • Strong understanding of HRIS structure, functions, and processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
