Job Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Gurugram, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional online support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Main Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries across various platforms, including email and social media.
- Manage inventory levels for packaging materials and replenish stock as needed.
- Process returns, refunds, exchanges, and manage marketplace order dispatches and reimbursements.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by actively seeking feedback and implementing improvements.
- Ensure smooth warehouse operations by managing logistics, tracking shipments, and maintaining communication with team members.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
