Job Description:

As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for developing trusting relationships with internal and external customers through quality customer service. You will work in a blended environment, catering to both inbound and outbound calls, and will be expected to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service.

This role is the support function for the daily needs of contact center agents, requiring strong communication skills to work with internal and external businesses. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collecting delinquent amounts from customers over the phone or taking promises from them on making payment
  2. Attending inbound calls and helping customers with dispute resolution, making payments, sharing statements, etc.
  3. Providing payment plans based on customer requirements
  4. Negotiating with customers to ensure they can make their account current

You will also be expected to have strong analytical and accounting skills, focus on team goals and successes, and be willing to take additional training as suggested by management.
