Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition

Job Description:

As a senior officer in talent acquisition, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. This includes sourcing potential candidates across various platforms, such as job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating engaging job descriptions and postings that increase brand visibility and appeal to top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Create engaging job descriptions and postings
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with onboarding support to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required. Relevant work experience in recruitment or a related field is essential.
