Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Territory Leader to spearhead our sales team in the Zone. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key initiatives to achieve overall Sales Objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to drive identified initiatives in the Zone and achieve the overall Sales Objectives.
  • Identify and implement major sales strategies at Zonal level in areas of Market Development, Distribution expansion, and Sales Operations.
  • Monitor market trends and sales performance status.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. He/she must be able to think strategically, build strong relationships with key customers and distributors, and provide valuable insights to support business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Carry out regular visits to interact with employees, distributors, and end-users.
  • Collect feedback on product quality, pricing, packing, new product ideas, supply situations, competition activities, and schemes.
  • Identify success stories and replicate them in other parts of the zone.

Main Goals:

  • Maintain uninterrupted sales throughout the financial year.
  • Develop contingency plans for mitigating potential risks.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and receivables control.
