Were looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the commercial real estate and infrastructure sector across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, or Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in your assigned territory.
- Identify, engage, and close opportunities within commercial real estate, campuses, and data centers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver integrated building automation solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to contract closure.
- Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on BMS, SaaS, and IoT market trends to address customer needs effectively.
Requirements:
- 58 years of proven experience in BMS, SaaS, IoT, or building automation solution sales.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies and commercial real estate applications.
- Engineering degree (Electronics or Mechanical preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
