Job Overview

The Customer Retention Manager will be responsible for planning and executing CRM campaigns across various categories. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage daily tasks and coordinate efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop CRM campaign calendars, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee daily operations, including managing BAU tasks and collaborating with internal teams to achieve common goals
  • Create customer journey maps across lifecycle touchpoints, driving engagement and loyalty
  • Foster strong relationships with creative, category, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive strategies
  • Design and implement dashboards to track campaign performance, providing actionable insights for future improvements
  • Analyze data and drive key learnings to inform and enhance future CRM strategies
  • Manage vendor relationships for CRM platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and support
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, demonstrating a solid grasp of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping. Key skills include analytical acumen, hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
