Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the overall vision and strategy for power electronics products and operations.
  • Oversee the entire product development process from concept to release, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.
  • Manage daily operations, including project planning, budget allocation, and resource management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams, providing feedback and training to enhance skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps and achieve business goals.
  • Identify potential risks in programs and provide guidance for mitigation.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts and support product offerings for specific markets.
  • Oversee documentation of technical specifications, test reports, and patents.

You will be responsible for developing vendor relationships and ensuring process and product quality. We plan to build several prototypes for different applications and develop design and specifications for third-party manufacturers.
