Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Director

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the manufacturing operations of a high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built Hybrid Integrated Circuits for Space and Defense customers.

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, delivery, and export sales coordination.
  • Develop and implement short-term and medium-term planning and budgeting strategies to achieve company goals and objectives in manufacturing operations.
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve planned quality and quantity levels, foster a Kaizen and Business Excellence culture, and ensure personnel, materials, and machines safety assurance.
  • Support new product development and production processes, drive cost reduction initiatives, improved productivity, and resource utilization, and lead complex situation analysis and problem-solving efforts.

Leadership and people management skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required to tackle complex situations.
