Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As an Insight Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer loyalty through data-driven decision-making.

You will develop business insights in areas such as promotion effectiveness, elasticity, and customer engagement, and define KPIs that measure customer lifecycle health, retention, and loyalty.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in business insights, analytics, or customer intelligence, preferably in B2C retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in building and operationalizing customer metrics, hands-on expertise with analytics tools, dashboards, and SQL, and experience in leading a small analytics team or mentoring analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Define and operationalize KPIs to measure customer lifecycle health, retention, and loyalty.
  • Lead a small analytics team or mentor analysts to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen data infrastructure, governance, and quality standards.
  • Communicate insights clearly and actionably to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in business insights, analytics, or customer intelligence.
  • Strong track record in building and operationalizing customer metrics.
  • Hands-on expertise with analytics tools, dashboards, and SQL.
  • Experience in leading a small analytics team or mentoring analysts.
  • Exposure to AI/ML applications in CRM is a strong plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
