Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

 

Are you a strategic thinker who can analyze complex data to drive business growth? Do you have excellent communication and presentation skills?

 

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our business intelligence platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and develop reports and dashboards, and provide insights to stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to support business decision-making

  2. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data analysis and insights

  3. Design and develop reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio

  4. Provide training and support to users on report and dashboard usage

  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, consulting, or solution delivery roles
  • Experience in telecom, IT transformation, or enterprise programs
  • Familiarity with telecom network architecture and upstream data flows (e.g., IPFIX, DPI probes), including integration with real-time streaming platforms like Apache Kafka and downstream data lake environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across business and IT domains
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills (BRDs, process flows, MoMs, PowerPoint decks)
  • Ability to craft compelling presentations that clearly convey complex ideas, solutions, or processes to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery models and DevSecOps environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and cross-vendor teams
  • Certifications such as CBAP, SAFe Agilist, or Agile BA are advantageous
