Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business intelligence applications using data visualization tools to deliver reporting and analytics projects.
  • Ensure data integrity, availability, and security across enterprise platforms and related systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop dashboards and reports.
  • Align business intelligence initiatives with strategic goals and operational needs.
  • Supervise and coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics tasks and enhancements.
  • Manage application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate upgrades or patches in collaboration with internal IT and external vendors.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for database structures, data workflows, reporting standards, and user guidelines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in data collection, transformation, and visualization to support better decision-making.
  • Support data governance initiatives by ensuring adherence to data management standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL-based data sources.
  • Familiarity with financial and profitability reporting systems or applications is a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage external vendors or outsourced analytics support teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and able to manage issues from multiple perspectives.
