Regional HR Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR leader to oversee our regional human resources function.

This role will lead the development of effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the entire HR lifecycle, including performance management, personnel management, learning and development, and administration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to ensure timely hiring and compliance with best practices.
  • Manage the entire HR lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of performance management, personnel management, learning and development, and administration processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Recruitment: Time-to-hire, quality of hires, and adherence to established recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Learning and Development: Employee engagement, skill development, and knowledge retention.
  • Performance Management System (PMS): PMS process completion rate, employee satisfaction, and manager effectiveness.
  • Personnel Management: Employee retention, labor laws compliance, and employee relations.
  • Administration: Office facilities maintenance, communication, and procurement efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in HR with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
